The Bottom line:
per month
$1500 - Rent (gross) or $1200 (triple net)
$500 - Utilities, insurance, expenses
$1000 - 100hrs of a person's time ($10 per hour)
$3000 - total
Ways to fund this:
Space rental
Events & parties
Workshops
Art Sales
Grants

People needed:
Fundraisers:
People who can write grants & raise funds and collect memberships.
Help create a non profit.
Book keeper:
Someone who can do the accounting.
Has good business sense
Manager:
Someone who likes to oversee the running of the studio and the volunteer rota.
Organize the receipts of gifts of money or 'in kind' such as materials etc
PR:
People who like to manage the website.
Make and post flyers and post the newspaper ads.
Housekeeping:
People who like to keep the space & terrace beautiful.
Events:
People who like to host parties, take bookings and help decorate.
People who like to be in Soul River certain times of the day to receive visitors.
(You can do your artwork while you are there.)
